This is really short but I hope it's okay. I don't own anything.

Sweeney Todd paced in his parlor, he paced every night, and so it was nothing unusual. The luminescent moon shone brightly. For him, the stars and the moon against the blackened sky were the only things left in the world that held beauty. He missed his Lucy; she was beautiful. He would give anything to have her back, to have his family back. Every thing in him was gone. It hurt him to know that he'd never hear his daughter's voice, never see how beautiful she was. He pictured his Johanna to be like Lucy, beautiful and radiant, with yellow hair. Maybe she had blue eyes and pale skin like Lucy did.

He knew that Mrs. Lovett cared for him; no she loved him, but he could never feel the same way as he use to. He could carry on a life with Mrs. Lovett, he'd even raise Toby, but he'd never be the same again. He'd never have the same life he had before, not with the same perfect family.

Perfect? Was Lucy perfect? No, she was not perfect and he knew that, she had her faults. Lucy was ridiculously shy and quiet; she didn't speak her mind very much. She had a tendency to bite her nails, also, something he had tried to get her to stop doing. However, in his mind she was perfect. Johanna was too.

He was far from perfect. Maybe Benjamin Barker was perfect, but not Sweeney Todd. He had nothing to live for, yet he had nothing to die for. He supposed that when they died, Lucy and Johanna would be in Heaven, and he would be stuck with Mrs. Lovett in Hell.

Sweeney sits down as he fights back tears. His perfect Lucy would be in Heaven with their daughter, he'd never see them again . . . ever. Not even in death. He had nothing to die for, but one thing more to live for; revenge. He could not die without bringing the heartless judge down with him.

"My perfect Lucy," he whispered. "My angel. I live for revenge, what have I become without you? Lucy." And for the first time in twelve years, he began to cry.
