Dear Cloud,
Cloud… I don't want to leave you but I have to. I have to do this alone. I have the power to stop this. I am afraid, not for me but for you. I know you love me. I love you too. I know you will be sad when I'm gone but I don't want you to be. I want you to get over me. It will be hard Cloud but you have to. When I go you will need someone to love, someone to love you back. Its ok, open your eyes I'm not the only one who loves you. Tifa loves you too. You don't seem to realize it but look deep into her eyes. Its there! Be with her. Learn to love her as you love me.
Dont worry Cloud, the sun will shine again and the earth will be healed. I promise you that. Holy will destroy Meteor, but you do need to help me. You need to defeat Sephiroth. He is too strong for Holy alone but you can beat him. You are strong and with all the others, you can destroy him.
Cloud, I have something to ask of you… Please tell the rest to keep on fighting to be strong. Tell Tifa I loved her as if she was a sister. She was my best friend. Tell Barret he is a very special person, and he was a great friend to me. Tell him to cherish Marlene, she is such a sweet little girl. Pat Red for me, and tell him not to worry about the way we first met. It wasn't his fault; he was a great friend to me. Tell Cid that even though I only knew him for awhile, he was a great guy. He shouldn't go around acting so tough because he is missing out on so much. Shera loves him he just needs to realize it and let her into his heart. Tell Cait Sith he is so cute for a cat/mog. He helped us a lot. I know his intentions weren't always the best but in the end he was there for us. He risked a lot for us. Thank him for me. Tell Vincent he was always so dark and mysterious, but I know underneath all that he is a very kind hearted person. Tell Yuffie that even thought she was a pain sometimes, she really made things fun for us. She has a good heart And most importantly tell mama that I love her and please don't cry. I'm not scared, so tell her please don't be either.
And maybe someday I will find a way back to you, to guide you though your darkest times and share in all the good times. Maybe the Planet will see all that you have done for it and allow you to enter the Promised Land with me. But for now, you must live your life. You must go on. I will stay with you in both your heart and mind. I wish I could turn back time and change all that has happened, but I cannot.
Remember Cloud…THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!! You couldn't prevent what happened. This is because of Sephiroth, not you. You protected me well, bodyguard. I will love you ALWAYS and FOREVER.

Author's note: I got the idea for this sitting in the computer lab at school. I was posting lyrics to a ffvii lyric submission page- Http://www.fullbug813.0catch.com. I though this song was a good choice and got the idea to try to write my very first fan fic story using it. Please review and tell me what you think
