SPN100 Challenge: Use one of these four idioms: 'a chip on your shoulder', 'a piece of cake', 'all Greek to me', and 'beating a dead horse'. I went large and used all of them! 200 words.
Dean realizes that choosing a hunt is infinitely preferable to taking on a case for a 'client'. There's certainly less snark.
Possibly following on from last week's 'Death on Vacation'. Spoilers for 10.23 Brother's Keeper.

Dean in Death's Details
"If we switch places I'll be able to discover who's offing your reapers," said Dean. "It'll be a piece of cake."
"I prefer savory," pouted Death, possibly thinking back to the events of their last role swap.
Dean chuckled nervously. "Where's Sammy got to? We just need to wait for him to get back to cast the spell. He tried to explain it, but it was all Greek to me."
Death frowned. "You do know that I used go by the name 'Thanatos'," he grumbled, from his tone taking obvious offence.
"Look, I already apologized about the whole 'killing you' thing," said Dean, crossing his arms. "There's no point carrying a chip on your shoulder."
"Yes, yes."
"Good, because the reapers we've spoken to didn't seem to even realize you'd been gone, let alone know who might have a vendetta against them."
"I've never been a people person; mine's a more directive management style," said Death, inspecting his fingernails.
"No kidding, it was impossible to get any kind of big picture from them. It was like beating a dead horse."
"Well, I certainly know how that is." Death gave a thin-lipped smile. "Why do you think I drive a Cadillac?"
