"How long are you going to keep doing this, Hio?" Yohio muttered to himself, his eyes trailing to the sight of his sleeping brother as he sighed, leaning against the wall near him. This was something he had in fact, done for quite a long time. The blunt fact of it all was the blonde was a child of darkness, what most would call a vampire. This of course meant it was normal for him to be nocturnal, somewhat of a silent predator in the cold night. At this time of night, however he was quite the opposite. His smile was gentle as he reached a hand out to the boy's head, running his fingers through his soft hair, feeling the warm breath of every exhale the boy released. He sighed, in time with one of them as he began to speak quietly, not trying to awaken the other. "You look so peaceful when you sleep, Oli…" He smiled, almost chuckling. "Wish you could be this way when you're awake." He sat beside the hardwood of the bed frame, able to take in the boy's scent from so close. His eyes once again moved about the room, only going back to his brother as he saw a movement. A shiver. Gently, and ever so carefully he pulled the blanket back over Oliver's body, watching as he instinctively snuggled it close. At that, Hio felt warmth of his own across his cheeks as he blushed, smiling. "I'll see you tomorrow, Oli." He said, just barely kissing his forehead as he began to walk out of the room. He took one last glance at the small boy's happy face as he quietly shut the door once more, returning him to the dark.
