Calleigh was in her lab, she had her lab coat on, and beneath that she wore tight black slacks and a tight blue blouse that accentuated her beautiful figure. Her long blonde hair flowed down from her head like a beautiful waterfall as she bent over her microscope; comparing two bullets as Horatio came in.

He wore his usual suit jacket and shirt, the only difference was a bouquet of roses in his hand, and the engagement ring in his pocket

She didn't realise he was behind her, but she had realised it was 7pm and it was valentines day and she didn't want to go home.

She straightened up as she finished and sighed.

Horatio smiled, "You okay beautiful?"

She turned and smiled, her usual radiant southern smile that was caused by the sight of the man she loved more than anything else in the world, "How long have you been there handsome?"

"Not long, I was wondering if you would like to come out with me tonight, there's a nice Italian that's just opened up", her said grinning with the flowers behind his back, knowing that she loved I

Italian and that she had wanted to go to the restaurant since she heard about its opening night

Her eyebrows shot up and she smirked, "Its valentines day"

Horatio nodded, "I know, and I'm asking you out on a date", he said smiling and offering her the roses

She raised her eyebrow at him, "Wow" she looked genuinely shocked, "I thought I'd never hear you say that" she said taking the roses from him and putting them onto her table beside her microscope

He looked at her confused, "Why?" he asked curious, and cupped her cheek

She blushed and tried to look down, "Because I never thought you would love me, like I love you"

He embraced her, "Of course I love you Calleigh" he said softly, before kissing her lovingly upon the lips, "I have always loved you, and always will"

Calleigh grinned and kissed him passionately, as he lifted her onto the table beside the flowers.

Horatio knelt down as though tying his laces and looked up, "Call, I have loved you forever, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, Will you marry me?" he asked looking into her bright eyes

Calleigh smiled sliding into his arms and kissed him, "Yes, yes I will"

They smiled happily and kissed passionately, as the others watched on a screen in another part of the lab, happy for their friends
