Impatiently tapping the eraser of my pencil on the desk, I counted the longest seconds of my life ever. Ever. Five more seconds and I would be a high school graduate! Five. Four. Three. Two. One! Hopping up from my desk I ran outside shouting "FFFFFFFFFRRRRRRRREEEEEEDDDDDOOOOOMMMMMMM!" And of course, me being me, I oh so happened to crash into a wall. Idiot. I hop up and brush the dirt off my jeans and I walk to the front of the school so I can wait for Dalek. That was the nickname I had given my friend Nikki. Anyways, as I waited, my thoughts drifted to what to day was, other than graduation. Today, or rather tonight, we would have a Kuroshitsuji runthrough along with all OVA's and a seriouse Anime to Manga debate. I can barely contain my squeals of joy when I think of seeing Undertaker. As Dalek walked over I pull myself from my thoughts. "Nikki! Are't thou ready for thy bawlerness?" I ask excitedly pointing in her face. "Sure." she replies calmly, swiping my hand away. Dalek is the most level headed person I know. Together we walk to the bus stop, me clamoring about tonight, and Dalek ignoring me. Eventually I got put out and started drawing and listening to music. Finally after what seemed like an hour of waiting -I measured by the number of songs that had played- the bus pulls up. Dalek and I pay our fares then board the bus. She sits next to me and I to her.

We wait a little longer then we reach our destination, the bus stop closest to my apartment. We walk the rest of the way and I slam the door to the apartment open, startling the cat. I drop my brick heavy bag by the door and walk into the kitchen to find Alex already there. She was checking off the snacks for tonight. Alex was my other friend, who was in middle school. Yes, Yes, totes uncool for a grad to have middle school friends, get over it. "Oh, Bird, I didn't expect you to be here so soon." She stated simply, before turning back to the snacks. "WHAT THE FUDGENESS ALEX!? HOW CAN YOU NOT BE EXITED!" I shout, blasting through the appartment and slamming the black butler DVD into the blueray player. I skip ahead of the trailors and press play as quickly as it would allow me to. Both my friends dive into the room, Alex flops onto the couch next to me spilling popcorn all over me. I shove her off the couch in revenge and take up all the space on the couch. Dalek laughs in amusement at us. God I loved my friends. Since it was only into the first episode and undertaker hadn't come in yet, I read some of the mangas. The lights flickered suspiciously as it started getting dark outside. All my friends know that will scare me more than anything exept the gasmask zombies from doctor who- even if the little nanobots were only trying to help- because every whovian knows, flickering lights mean one of three things. One- Weeping Angels. Two- Vashda Nerada. And Three- The Silence. Or Dementors. Dear Ctlulu I am such a nerd. I ran to my room grabbed a blanket and ran back, grabbing the cat as well and smothering it with hugs until I felt better and began to watch the show again, releasing the cat from it's torture. Suddenly the lights flickered out, and the only thing making light was the television, however the Undertaker was speaking so I refused to scream. And then the television went out too. Smurfin Perfect. I scream loudly shouting, "HOLY FUCK! THE VASHDA NERADA ARE HERE! WE'RE ALL GONNA DIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEE!" Alex throws a pillow at me, stopping my crazy antics. "Go check the fusebox stupid, it's probably just that." Dalek replied calmly, using her cellphone for light, which soon shut off too, to her annoyance.

I grumble in annoyance as my friends literally throw me out of my apartment to check the fuse box. It was the Vashda Nerada I tell you, not some damned fuses. Well, while I'm down here pretending to check the fuse box, I might as well grab season two. I open the door to find the fuse box sparking dangerously, not to mention the friggen LIGHTNING surrounding it. Ok, maybe it was the fusebox. I walk over to the box and open it, ignoring the pain shooting through my arm. Flipping the fuses back on I trudge back upstairs muttering angrily about cool TV stuff never being real. Kicking the door open I realize grouchily that, I had forgotten the Season 2 DVD. Sighing, i flopped back down and Continued to watch the rest. Half-watching, half-asleep, I blinked slowly. "Hey guys, is the TV supposed to be doing that?" Alex was out and Dalek fast behind her, I was the only one awake as it seemed. The strange light from the fuse box was buzzing around the TV. II stumbled my way over and took a look at it. It was actually kind of beautiful. I reach out to touch a line of electric light, granted, not the smartest thing to do, but I just couldn't help myself! I feel a shock run through me and collapse on the floor. Yep, definitely not a good idea. My groan of pain awoke the others and they rushed too me. "Bird! are you Ok? What happened?" Alex shouts, receiving only a hand over her mouth and a groan from me. "She's fine." Dalek replies. I haul myself up and say, "We have to get out of here be fore we get electrocuted!" Then I proceed to clumsily shove them out the door. Television turned white, and the brightness spread throughout the whole room.

Suddenly, we were all falling. Falling through what you ask? Nothing. Nothingness. Absolutely Nothing. We were surrounded by light, and bright light at that. I saw my friends falling as well, but something is odd. It was like their images were fading away. I shouted, "No!" And reach out for them, but I couldn't reach them in time and they faded away. Now that my friends are gone, I was truly surrounded by nothing. I wonder, is this what dying is like? You'll never guess what happened then. Thats right! Someone turns out the big, bright, white lightbulb that kept the place where I was falling to light up. Now I am surrounded by dark nothingness, and my mind wanders back to the Vashda Nerada. To whoever turned out that giant lightbulb- fuck you. I can't see what is up or down anymore...Well, I couldn't before either, but still... Then I could feel soft grass underneath me, and the smell of flowers before my mind shut down, and I guess I passed out.
