As I sit here listening to Ryoko talk, I sort of…drift into the past…thinking about how mean I was too her. I stare into her felinish golden eyes, and I see that she needs to talk out her hurt, so I listen. I never heard Ryoko sound so…sincere before…
It seems like she's been hiding her true-self for 3 years. Three years, and I don't know a person who's supposed to be one of my best friends. That's right Tenchi!
And then I hear her 'special' tone of voice, the seducer part of her. Oops.
'Great, better RUN!'
She teleports somewhere, and hugs me from the behind.
'Tenchi…if you wanna leave, leave now," she says.
I freeze.
Of course I wanna leave!
No, you don't.
Yes, I do!
No, you don't Tenchi!
I sweatdrop when I realize I was having an internal conflict.
'Yep. I really am crazy. Yup! I am, I am! I'M HAVING A ARGUMENT WITH MYSELF!'
Ryoko whispers to me softly, something I can hear very well…
"Tenchi…if you loved me, would you kiss me?"
"M-maybe…"
"Tenchi, you kissed her, why not me?"
"Cause…cause…umm…uhh…"
I gave up…and kissed her.
