Someone Like You

This is one of my Favorite poems. This is irregular as it has a 5 lines per stanza but I just see it special. : This is a very nice poem about liking someone but you can't love that someone anymore so you just wish you could like someone else like her.

Heart so restless

Seeking the Happiness

Treasured in your kindness

Your lovely face I caress

Loving you I confess

In small moments we share

In every way I care

Memories so rare

Looking at your beauty I dare

To someone like you I glare

.

I once failed

My tears fell like rain

My heart longed in pain

Feelings I can't explain

Without you I am insane

.

Hoping for a start

That we will never be apart

Wishing with all my heart

Just to love someone,

Someone like you

Maybe we are just not meant to be
