Donald were your trousers, little four year old Betty Ann sang underneath her covers at the children's service center. The terminator stop and scanned the lump under the sheet, slowly moving his hand towards the cover the terminator lifted the sheet to expose the little girl in pooh pajamas underneath.
Its sensors indicated a young girl of approximately three to four years old, but not one of the children it was looking for, little Betty Ann was not on its kill list. About to move on the terminator was halted by the voice of the child, "why are you not wearing any clothes aren't you cold" searching its preprogrammed answers the terminator spoke back a single word "no".
Okay then Betty said how about a knock, knock joke? You do like jokes don't you? Once again scanning its preprogrammed answers the terminator answered with one word "no" all right then, well I will tell you one anyway the blonde haired girl said.
Knock, knock Betty said, the terminators programming was confused by this line of questioning and did the only logical thing it could think of, it answered.
The terminator in a mono tone voice spoke "who is there" Betty smiled and giggled boo.
The terminator once again perplexed answered the smiling girl back, boo who
Betty cracking herself up rolled on her back and said ahhhh don't cry it isn't that bad.
The terminator softly grabbed the laughing girl by her pajama top and lifted her to his face, scanning the girls features the terminator was about to release her when its sensors felt what was anything but an attack.
Place Betty down the terminator reached up to it face and felt the spot where she kissed him its programming scrabble to find a solution and it quickly walked away, not looking back it heard Betty say a few soft words.
Thank you she whispered and was under her covers once more, and quickly asleep.
The terminator was unfazed but for some reason it did not understand it answered, you're welcome.
And it continued on its kill mission, the future leaders of the resistance must be destroyed, ten blocks south mike received the clothes from Thesaurus girl, and with much sorrow he took her by her small hand and lead her from the alley way. She had seen the terminators face, it killed him on the inside, but she was now vital to the fight. A fight she would battle for the rest of her life.
