It was a normal day in beacon Academy, You know boring and they have alsoloutly nothing to do, except one future huntress, Ruby rose , who was sat in there dorm , questioning whether or not she should tell her teammates about her... Secret... You see, Ruby was one of the few wolf faunus left after the war... (You know people vs faunus war) well her mum was... Then she was born and inherited the... Trait... You see her sister didn't even know... On her 12th birthday ( Halloween ) her sister saw her ears and she just played them out as a Halloween costume and that was that... And the only 4 people who did know was her dad( he knew as soon as she was born ), her uncle ( she trusted him enough to tell ), her mum ( duh... And now she was dead so that didnt really count...) and her best friend from signal ( lilac, and the only reason she knows is because it slipped out during a conversation ) but her team was a different matter completely because she has one teammate that came from a anti-faunus family ( Weiss), a teammate that is a faunus and thereby knows the hatred of everyone to the wolf faunus ( Blake ) and her sister who she is afraid of telling because she doesn't want to loose her sister just because she is a Faunus ( something she can't even control ) but she makes up her mind ( over the past few months ) that she will tell all of them at the end of the week ( and its Wednesday... Good job you have 3 days )
