To Be A Gallagher Girl

1. Never show fear- this is an important one. We've got a reputation to uphold people and if word gets around that a Gallagher Girl was scared well… we'd loose a lot of respect from agencies like CIA, M16, FBI, etc. Remember to always control your emotions because you always have to be in control. Of yourself and any situations you might find yourself in.
2. Act on instinct- a lot of people take instinct for granted. Some people like to plan it out step by step, but after you have experience you learn to go with your gut over your brain. Gallagher Girls must always be quick on their feet and able to know for sure if they could trust someone. That's why all Gallagher Girls refuse to go on missions before meeting their partner, because sure they can look good on paper, but facial expressions and body language really gives them away.
3. Never go into a meeting alone- this is so important. We can't stress this enough. You may think you're all that **Cough** Zach **Cough** but Gallagher Girls know better. We know that you always have to have back up or at least someone that knows or knew your position. We've all broken this rule once or twice because we assume it's our choice, but a lot of the time there are other people that care about you are worried. **Cough** Cammie **Cough**
4. Remember your training- GIRLS! This is so freaking important. We know from experience that sometimes when you're put on the spot or when you're scared all thoughts will leave you're mind along with you're training. If so just clear you're mind even more and revert back to Rule 2. But if you're mind doesn't go completely blank and it's not a scary situation remember you're training. Remember the foreign languages, the COW lessons, Ms. Dabney's lectures on manners, and above all Mr. Solomon's amazing and very dramatic speeches. Remember you are a Gallagher Girl!
5. Rely on your sisters- this can be hard. It should be simple to just put you're trust in other's hands, but it's not. Sometimes when you first meet someone you're unsure of what to think. Should I trust him/her? Should I kill him/her? Should I question him/her? That's the great thing about being a Gallagher Girl. Because when you know you're a Gallagher Girl you know you've always got people that have you're back. You know that you'll always have someone that will kick a guy's ass if they hurt you. You know that no matter what time of night it is you'll have someone that you can call up and cry about the big fight with your mom you had. You know there's always someone. Because we are Gallagher Girls and we've always got each other's backs.
6. Believe in yourself- it's cliché we know, but it is the most important rule to being a Gallagher Girl. You must believe in yourself and have confidence. You must know that you can do whatever you put your mind to. You must know that you're smart and talented. You must believe in yourself.
Those are the rules to being a Gallagher Girl. You may want to come to Gallagher, girls, but trust us when we say this. Unless these 6 rules come easily to you, you will never make it. You can't just be some random chick off the street, no. To be a Gallagher Girl you must be special.
