It's not that I hated the girl or her background. She has everything I always had or could ever want. She has all the perfect genes. The DAR ladies know Emily is the best at planning parties and events. No one can outdo her, no matter how much we try. That girl proved this summer that she has those same great genes. She doesn't even have to try and it's the perfect party. Sometimes even better than her grandmother's. Not only that but she has her grandfather's love of literature and business. You can get her in any conversation with those business men and she can hold her own. Not only can she hold her own but she can charm and talk anyone into doing something for her. One conversation and no matter who you are you'll love her. No one ever says bad stuff and gossips about her. It's impossible to you love her to much (not that she ever does anything to subject her to the cruelness of us DAR ladies). Her mother has those amazing traits that keep her looking young which she no doubt inherited. All that's only from the one side of her family. I don't have that much from both sides.
Her other grandmother is liked by everyone. Not just the fake society like, but a real genuine like. She can throw parties just like Emily. So now she has that gene times two. I don't even have that gene. I had to learn how to do everything. Then her grandfather is one of the most stubborn men you'll ever meet. He's worse than a mull. But he always gets his way, just like his wife, Emily, and her.
I haven't even gotten to their last names. Her mom is a Gilmore. Yes! Those Gilmores. Not only that but her dad is a Hayden. Her grandfather is a Supreme Court Judge. And her grandmother used to work and still plan the best parties. If she's anything like her grandmother she'll have no problem working and being a perfect wife. The Haydens are known in every elite group. And not just the one's in the U.S. but other country's as well. It's well known to everyone anywhere that both sets of grandparents personally know all the recent presidents and first ladies.
She's perfect. She's one of those people you wish you could hate but it's just somehow impossible. I guess in the end I know she's perfect for this family. Better than anybody I could ever pick. And if we were adding trustfunds into the mix her's is larger than Logan's will ever be. Even if she doesn't realize it she won't have to work to make everything work. She has everything and it was all handed to her. That's the worst part she doesn't even realize what she has. If she did she wouldn't want it. Which is even worse because, because of that everyone will love her just like they do her grandmothers. I guess when it gets down to the bone I'm jealous because she has had everything and I have nothing. She got Mitchum to go see Logan in the hospital. She's beginning to wrap the Huntzberger men around her finger without realizing and there the most stubborn men of them all.
Rory Gilmore is perfect for this family.
