Prologue:
We last left Sakura as she was preparing to get ready to defeat Hotaru of the vortex and save the sanity of mankind.
The aura has vanished….for now.
Chapter 1
With a grunt and a swing of a sai, Sakura breaks free of the prison on the bottom of the vortex and starts to find Hotaru.
"What on Earth, this is the most disturbing thing I've ever seen."
Says Sakura as she walks through a passageway of the vortex.
"There is red goop dribbling from the ceiling and its pitch black.
The only noise I hear is screams of terror and evil laughter of
some woman…."
"It must be Hotaru" Says Sakura.
A bright red light flashes, brighter than four suns and is followed
by a rumbling.
The red goop starts to flow out of the passageway.
"Help" screams Sakura as she is flushed away by the red polymer
substance.
The red goop flows to her lungs and she drowns…
Chapter 2
Sakura wakes up in a bed filled with wilted roses and rotting human skeletons.
She is in a castle made of cold stone and surrounded by fire.
A woman with deep purple hair and long sharp fangs bursts through the doors.
"What's this?" says the woman.
"This one is still alive, I will dispose of it at once, take it please Hotaru"
"Yes mam" says Hotaru.
Sakura screams and starts to run when Hotaru pounces and puts a blade to her neck.
Sakura starts to fight but Hotaru chains her to a wall to hang there until the ceremony
can begin.
Hotaru and the strange woman slither away.
"How did I get into this?"
"What makes me the one that needs to do this" Says Sakura.
"I might as well just die"
A black wind comes in through a nearby window and morphs into a goddess.
She is spirit. Blue hair, wearing all blue and has a healing blue flower. Not saying a word
she takes her flower and puts it near Sakura's nose so she can breathe it. Sakura
immediately coughs up red slime. This flower must possess some healing powers.
The spirit whispers in Sakura's ear…
"One who owns the mark on one's thigh then truly holds the all-powerful strength to
defeat evil."
"But this is my birthmark" Says Sakura.
The sprit repeats…
"One who owns the mark on one's thigh then truly holds the all-powerful strength to
defeat evil."
The spirit disintegrates into a pile of blue dust and blows into the wilderness.
Chapter 3
Shortly after, Hotaru walks into the room and wrangles Sakura
into a sack and drags her to her ceremony.
"Now to make the ultimate offering to me" says the woman evilly.
Sakura stops and has a flashback…
Before went into the vortex... Hotaru said she was making an offer
to the monarch of blo….oh god.
Sakura is put on a rack and hung over a pool of piranhas.
As she hangs she says.
"Who am I to blame everyone but myself" "I have the mark…me"
"Not Hotaru or the aura or the spirit"
"It's time for destiny"
Sakura wiggles out of the rack and swims out of the piranha pool
and runs to the monarch of blood.
The monarch calls her guards to try and stop her but Sakura
keeps on running.
With a sai in one hand an iron will in another she throws the
Monarch in the piranha pool and jumps out the castle window and makes her grand getaway.
Sakura is now in hiding…
