INTO THE WINDOW
A/N: REVIEW! It's very important that you review. How many of you have a brother who got more reviews on one of his humors than you did on three of your dramas?
Damn you Potatoad.
And I guess I don't own digimon. (Sad)
Tai's P.O.V
I haven't seen Matt for a while now.
The doctors won't let me in.
Immediate family only.
Maybe I never will see Matt again.
Alive, I mean.
He hasn't woken up since the accident.
Maybe he never will.
The fall itself could have killed him.

"Hey Matt, is it my imagination or are those guys staring at you?" asked Tai.
Matt looked up. His face paled slightly when he saw the three guys, all of who were a lot bigger than he was.
"They're just guys I know," he muttered.
If Tai had been paying more attention he would have noticed that Matt became uncomfortable under the larger boys' stares.
"Matt, I'm gonna go get a drink. See ya in a minute," said Tai, before rushing over to the refreshment table.
But after five minutes of searching, Tai couldn't find Matt anywhere.
After asking Sora whether she had seen him (she hadn't), he went onto Izzy.
"Yeah, I saw him with three other guys. They went upstairs."
"Cool! Thanks Izzy."
Tai jogged up the steps.
There weren't many rooms on the second floor of the house.
Just a bathroom, two bedrooms and a guestroom.
As Tai walked along the hallway he heard voices coming from the half-open door of the second bedroom.
"Look, I don't have the money, OK?" came Matt's voice.
"No, it's not OK," said a voice Tai didn't recognise, "We got a new shipment of drugs coming in tomorrow and we need the money from the stuff you were meant to sell to pay for it."
Tai moved closer so he could see into the room.
"Yeah, well I don't want to sell drugs," Matt looked angry but his voice shook from fear, not rage.
"Listen kid," said the largest of the three guys, grabbing the collar of Matts shirt and pulling the blonde closer, "I got heaps of people waiting for this crap who aren't gonna be happy with you."
"I don't are!" cried Matt, struggling as hard as he could to get out of the boys grip.
"You should!" the boy yelled, giving Matt a hard shove.
Before Tai knew what had happened the other two guys had jumped on Matt, kicking him and punching him.
"Stop!" yelled the oldest.
The two boys stopped and lifted Matt to his feat. His nose was bleeding and his right eye was bruising.
"That," said the boy, "Is what you get for disobeying us. So sell the drugs or we'll do it again."
Matt simply shook his head.
The boy burst into rage. He pushed Matt backwards towards a full wall window.
Matt and Tai both realised what was about to happen split seconds before it did.
The older boy grabbed Matts shoulders and pushed once more.
The glass shattered on impact.
The look of terror on Matt's face was something Tai was never going to forget.

The police arrested all three guys but it doesn't make much difference.
Matt's still broken, maybe beyond repair.
The doctor said that even if Matt wakes up, he won't recognise anyone or remember anything.
If
he wakes up.END
A/N: Anyone want me to write a part two? Cause I will if you ask me to.
