"Don't you dare Perseus Jackson," Nico said backing up a few steps. Percy only smiled evilly with a sphere of water floating in his hands while the others giggled a bit.
It was Percy's birthday and he decided it was a perfect year for them to have a sleepover. Nico was reluctant, but Jason Grace himself had dragged him there with a happy smile.
Percy smirked before splashing Nico right in the face with the sphere. A few snickered looking at Nico. His hair was soaked clinging to his forehead and the front of his shirt was drenched too. His frown deepened as his ears turned red.
Percy, still smiling, made a run for it dashing around the kitchen island knowing Nico was going to most likely drag him to the underworld personally. Nico promptly dashed after him forgetting about keeping his normal cold demeanor in front of the others.
Percy only laughed as he dashed past Nico ruffling his wet hair before dashing to the kitchen where the others where. He sneaked around the kitchen island smirking at Nico who had stomped across the other side his face pink with a small pout on his face.
"Come and get me," Percy teased. He smiled when he saw Nico's lip twitch in a small smile. Nico took a step forward vanishing in the shadow. Percy paled realizing what he did. Before he could react Nico had tackled him from behind. As they rolled around he realized Nico was grinning like he used to when they had first met.
Percy rolled around pinning him to the ground. "Aww, your smiling!" Percy said with a huge smile. Nico's smile drifted downward and he pouted, but no one could mistake the happiness in his eyes as he promptly shoved Percy off him.
