I don't own Star Wars. I wrote this quite a while ago. Perhaps someday I'll finish it.

Once again, Luke Skywalker was having a dream. The observance that tipped him off this time was there were Gamorreans dancing around his bed in pink bodysuits as he lay there. Not only was it horrifying, it was terribly disturbing. This dream was awfully vivid, because Luke could see the drool hanging from the mouths and tusks of the piglike creatures.

The door opened and Luke expected more creatures of the same kind to dance in the door. Instead, a blue, washed-out figure of a man entered the room. Luke studied the figure for a moment and then his eyes widened with recognition. It was Anakin Skywalker, his father. As Luke sat up, the Gamorreans vanished and Anakin walked over to the side of the bed.

Stand up my son, spoke the image, We must leave at once.

Where are we going? asked Luke, rising.

The galaxy is in terrible danger. Trillions of lives hang in the balance. You must come with me to the council of elders.

Council of elders?

You will understand when we arrive. With that, Anakin walked out the door and Luke followed him.

As Luke stepped out the door, he saw nothing but bright light. He glanced back in the room and saw himself lying there asleep. He turned ahead and stepped toward the direction Anakin had gone. But Luke hadn't seen him go, as he took a few more steps he realized he was being pulled. He stopped and suddenly he winked out.

Luke found himself standing on a very large platform.

Well are ya gonna stand there all day, or are ya gonna move so I can transport? Luke looked around in surprise and saw a small man. Apparently he was a dwarf of some kind. The dwarf had a none-too-happy look on his face.

asked Luke dazedly.

said the dwarf, I got a transport to run here. Just go to the council's hall.

Where's that?

The dwarf studied him. Your a first timer, eh? It's not often your kind come here. Baboo! Suddenly, a large man appeared. He was several feet taller than Luke. He made the dwarf look ridiculously small. Baboo, we got a first timer here. Take him to the council's hall. That's where his friend went.

All right boss, said the giant. He gestured toward Luke and started walking. Luke glanced behind him and the other people that had been waiting boarded the platform. Suddenly, they changed from a normal hue to the faded, washed-out image Anakin had appeared to him in. Luke realized he had tipped the dwarf off, because he had not been in such a state as he had stood on the platform. As Luke followed the giant, he looked around him. The city he walked in looked as if several different architectures from several different worlds had been crammed into one large city. The giant stopped abruptly at two enormous doors that led into a gigantic dome of a building. He opened one door and gestured Luke inside.

Luke stepped inside not knowing what to expect. He looked around and saw a giant conference room, thousands of species were gathered here. He looked toward the inner circle and saw his father gesturing toward him to come. He walked toward the inner circle and he recognized a face. He saw that of the few of the elder council, sat Yoda.
