"Humans always seem to want more, more then what they realize they do. And when they get it in a few months it's always tossed aside. So when humans discover a new life form why is it quickly confined?"
The woman felt hundreds of small, fragile eyes staring at her own. The deep blue, oasis of eyes that she could call her own.
"But teacher," the boy said on tatami mat.
"What about us? Aren't we abnormal to other life forms?"
The woman looked the boy in his forest of eyes, that emerald color couldn't stop her from staring.
"Well," she started, "now there's a story to tell."
The children in the class shifted their attention to the woman as her mouth opened to tell the tale…
