"This is the Sandlot," Seifer said with a grin, arms outstretched as he presented his kingdom for all to see. He turned to study the new kid. She was short, wearing beige capris and a blue zipper-up tank. Purple hair hung over her left eye.
"Now, listen. I can't let just anyone join the gang- even if they are a cute girl."
She looked up at this.
"So we're going to give you a test- to be sure you're what we're looking for. An initiation, if you will."
She rolled her eyes.
"So, for your initiation-" Seifer thrust a thumb at his chest. "You have to kiss me."
Red eyes (or eye, rather) stared at him incredulously.
Seifer smirked. "Unless it's too much for you... I completely understand if-"
He was cut off when the girl grabbed his collar, glaring up at him and hauling him foreword. For a second, Seifer thought she was actually going to deck him, and then he was pulled down, thin lips roughly forced onto his own.
The kiss was frenzied, passionate, and over before he could even react.
When they pulled away, it was Rai who broke the silence as his (normally cocky) boss stared foreword, dumbstruck.
"Welcome to the gang, Fuu."
