I is for intelligent. Orihime admires Ichigo for his version of intelligence. He isn't the typical straight As student but he is intelligent enough for being someone who is capable for strategizing a way to defeat enemies as a substitute soul reaper.
C is for chemistry. Orihime feels a great chemistry between her and Ichigo despite the fact that they are like North and South, day and night. No matter how different they are, there is a strong bond between them that keeps them together.
H is for hot. No doubt that Orihime has the hots for him. From friendship to having the hots for him.
I is for interesting. Interesting in the sense that his life as substitute soul reaper and being a student at the same time. Being brought up by a doctor and living with his two younger sisters. Interesting enough to be someone who entertains her as a friend.
G is for great. A great boy who cares so much for her that he is willing to break the order of Genryusai Yamamoto just to save her from the evil clutches of Aizen Sousuke in Hueco Mundo. His smile is a great cure to her heart. His charming smile melts her heart. A great smile he owns. She loves his great smile whenever he defeated a nemesis that gets in his way.
O is for outrageous. He lives a double life as a student and substitute soul reaper. He is outrageous for being wild but opposites do attract. And that was also why she likes him.
