Kathy James is one the WCCD best agents, she knows a lot about everything, including one Neal Caffrey.
When Neal breaks out of the high security Prison, with three month left on a four year sentence, for a girl, Kathy James and her partner/ best friend have been asked to help with the search.
Once the search is done with Caffrey asks for a deal and is let out of prison with a tracking anklet, over the next few months Caffrey tries to find Kate even after he promised he wouldn't.
With Neal on the anklet and back in Kathy's life what was bound to be a straight line, would now be a curved and bumpy ride.
