MacTavish sighed heavily, eyeing with deep hatred the stack of papers on his desk. He had been working all day, but the pile never seemed to get any smaller. The fact he was writing them all out by hand due to technical problems, (he finally just snapped and punched his computer screen) wasn't really helping.
His eye twitched as he spotted the lighter on the corner of his desk, seemingly mocking him. One flick and all this oh so flammable paper could be….
He sighed again and rubbed his hand over his eyes.
"Im losing my bloody mind…."
He didn't bother to remove his hand when he heard the door to his office open and closed softly, almost to the point were it couldn't be heard.
The way the door was shut, the light footsteps, he could tell who it was.
"Not helping my sanity." He moaned.
"Good to see you too sexy."
MacTavish looked up, a mixture of bitterness and exhaustion fueling him more than the usual sweet sweet love.
"What do you want Gary?"
Roach looked hurt as he jumped up and sat on the edge of MacTavishs desk.
"Came to see my favorite little captain. That a crime?"
The sergeants toothy grin only made MacTavish even more annoyed.
Damn him and his perfect teeth.
"Some of us have duties, Roach."
"And I am simply fulfilling my duty of being an adorable distraction."
Roach leaned in and met MacTavishs lips. Though he didn't pull away, the over worked Scot made no attempt to really kiss back.
Roach brought himself back and jumped down, eyebrow raised.
"Well, if you're going to be like that….."
He turned smoothly on his heels and began to walk back towards the door, hands in his pockets.
"Bloody hell, hold on." MacTavish objected before Roach's hand even touched the knob. He smiled devilishly to himself and swiftly walked back.
He jumped completely up onto his lovers desk, both combat boot landing perfectly on the papers MacTavish was working on.
"Ready to stop being so fucking stubborn?"
"Aye."
Again they kissed, but this time the captain made somewhat of an attempt to show some passion, though still little.
"Ill finish up in a few hours." MacTavish murmured softly. Roach kept his face close to his, eyes bright.
"Im not very patient, Johnny…"

Hallways were always a problem. The sight of the captain going into a soldiers room wasn't exactly a normal sight, so precautions were always taken.
Roach leaned against his bedroom door, listing attentively and nodding as MacTavish gave him a speech on his tactics. He watched every other person in the hallway from the corner of his eye, waiting for the right time to end this little rouse.
Suddenly everyone had gone on their way, leaving the two alone.
With practiced stealth Roach grabbed MacTavish by the belt and tugged him into the room, the whole time the captain still talking normally.
The door softly shut behind them, followed by the even softer click of the lock.
