What If Joey Was President?

After the Gang had left Domino High, they all got jobs and went their separate ways.Years later, the gang unite again like old times.Yugi,Yami, Tea, Tristan, Bakura and um...well the name to fill this space was to be Joey, but he called the gang and told them he was too busy at work to do anything like that.(which shocked them to the core because they never dreamed Joey would ever get a job, but anyway back to the story!) So that night, they all meet up at the Game Shop and decide to watch TV with bowls of popcorn and crisps to stuff themselves with.
"Oh man! there is nothing on TV tonight" Tristan moaned flicking from programme to programme."Romance movie, yuck.Documentary, yawn.News, bor..."
The others waited for the hazel-eyed boy to finish but he never did.Tea, Yugi, Yami and Bakura looked at Tristan and then at the screen.Their expression suddenly changed to Tristan's.That OMG look.There, on the screen, was Joey(wearing a suit! 00)surronded by reporters and TV cameras and in a box in the bottom left-hand corner was the words, 'Mr President Joesph Wheeler'.
"Oh dear Ra, help us"Yami muttered.
"shhhhh!" The others told him.
"we would like to hear this!" warned Tea.Then on all was silent except the sound of the TV.
"Excuse me! Mr President! what are the new laws you have made to the country?" said a random newspaper reporter.
"New Laws!" exclaimed the four friends.
"Why do I have that feeling that I am not going to like what Joey is about to say right now?" Bakura said in his sweet British accent (I think Bakura is so sweet!)
"Why is Joey even the President!" shouted Tristan.
"Tristan, calm down and shut up, he is about to tell us what the laws are." Yugi said.
Tristan sat in a huff in the cornor of the room muttering "stupid Joey, gets a stupid president job and all I get is a stupid office job,stupid Joey"
The others ignored him and carried on listening to the TV.
"Well, Law number 1; between Breakfast and Lunch, you have a new eating time,Lunfast.And between Lunch and Tea, Lea."
"Oh my gosh!" said Tea, trying to hide her embarssment.
"Law number 2; Hot girls, and hot girls only, go out wearing a bikini or at least something revealing"
"Oh dear!" said Bakura, blushing.
"And finally, law number 3; school only happens three times a week, with only 3 hours learning time, thank you thats all the time I have now, goodbye." and with that he walked of followed by bodyguards.
The Gang just stared at the TV screen (even Tristan, who had come out of his huff)
"What has this world come to?" asked Yugi
