We all know Aly used to be jealous of the attention Alanna gave Kel. This is the story of what I think would happen if the two of them met when Aly was seven years old. One-shot.

"Aly, I'd like you to meet Kel. Kel is the Lady Knight I was telling you about. Kel, this is Aly, my daughter."

Aly barely glanced up from her book, "Hi."

Kel knelt beside the girl, "Hello. I hear that you want to be a spy when you get older."

Aly scowled, "And now you're gonna tell me that you're a spy. You already took Lady Knight, why not take Best Spy as well!"

She threw her book down and ran from the room. Shocked, Alanna called after her, "Aly! Get back here and apologize at once!" Alanna turned to Kel, "I'm sorry. I don't know what came over her. She has been acting weirdly for the last couple of years."

Kel smiled, "I think I know what the problem is. Why don't I see whether I can spend some time down at the beach and relax while you spend time with Aly. She just wants attention. You're not around often."

Alanna sighed and nodded. As she headed off to find Aly, Kel shook her head and smiled, "Kids."
