Dan was the one person her best friend had truly loved. Her blonde curls bounced around as they ran down the street hand in hand. Her head was blurry. Never, in a million years had she thought that Serena and Dan would have fallen in love. But they had, and nothing that Blair did could reverse that. She loved him and Dan loved her back. Once upon a time they had shared everything. Now Dan had taken her place. She hated him for that. He had stolen the one person who actually meant something to her. She had to find someone else. But who trusted her. Who liked her for herself, and not just who she appeared to be? The door creaked open. Blair turned, averting her vision from the window to the door.
