Prologue
Rob tossed a lock of dirty blond hair out his eyes. A new school seemed to tower over him. Even though he was 6'1 and it was hard to imagine anything "towering" over him, Degrassi Community School definitely did.
Can't get my hopes up this time. Cute guys don't go to every school. Well, that's a lie, but cute gay ones are a lot harder to find.
Just then, Rob felt something brush his shoulder. "Oh sorry, didn't mean too-" He stopped short, and looked down. There, below him stood a boy. A very cute boy to be exact.
Marco Del Rossi smiled up at the boy next to him. Hello heaven! he thought, gazing at the tall perfection above him. "You new?"
Rob smiled hesitantly. "Yeah. And I have to make my way to guidance and get my schedule before-" A bell rang and the students chatting and laughing on the steps gathered their things and scattered up the stairs. "That happens" Rob laughed sheepishly.
Marco looked at his watch and then at Rob. "I guess I can spare a few extra minutes.." He said slowly.
Rob's face fell. "Oh no, I don't want you to be late or anything. I'll find my way"
Marco flashed a white toothed grin at him. "I'm kidding. I'll do anything to be late for Media Immersion. I'm Marco by the way."
Rob shifted his books to his left arm, cradling them awkwardly. "Rob"
