The word was halfway
Out of my mouth
When the memories started to flood

Smiling
"It'll be okay" he says
Without him
Who knows where I'd be right now
"…I can't."
Break down and cry.
"I'm sorry
I'm so sorry"
A few days later
He has left
And the only reason
I'm not with him
Is because of the person
With his arm around my shoulders
And the only thing he is worrying about right now
Is breakfast.
I know why I stayed.
I know now
It was the right decision.
I just needed someone
To help me see that
And it happened to be
Him.
Ok, time for clarifications: Bones is talking to Sully. He asks her to go on his shitty little cruise with him, but she refuses because she remembers all the things Booth has done for her, and she knows she needs to stay with him. Okay? Okay. Reviews are love.
