I am a happy hip Hobbit,

I have a clear voice,

That is fairly true,

Or at least it once was,

Before the tobacco I knew!

Anyway, I hate adventures,

And any sort of change,

Unless it is the coin kind,

And even that can be strange!

I love food and vittles,

Seed-cake, mushrooms, and a berry,

I am extremely fat,

And my feet are big an' hairy!
