Kelsey sat outside the office of McKinley High, biting her lip. She was a new student, just transferred from Union High School in Michigan. She sat there, waiting for Principle Sylvester to call her in to give her a schedule. She waited for, what felt like in her mind, hours. People passed her: a very uptight girl and a rather jockish looking boy. She heard the girl call the boy Finn. Wait... Finn... Oh my God... It's Finn Hudson and Rachel Berry, from the glee club video! She watched them pass as she grinned like an idiot. Rachel looked towards her and smiled kindly, waving. Holy crap... Is she waving at me or someone else? Kelsey whipped her head around to look, smacking it into the wall
"Ow..." She muttered, turning back to see a woman in a red tracksuit.
"Draper, I presume. Well, if you'll step inside my office, we'll get your schedule..." The woman said, her voice dripping with disgust.
"Uhh... okay..." She grabbed her bag and followed her in. The office was filled with what looked like millions of gleaming trophies. Whoa... I wonder if glee has any trophies in here... Kelsey thought as she sat across from Ms. Sylvester.
"So Kelsey, I see you were into trying to get a glee club formed at your old school..." Kelsey nodded nervously
"Well, I already have a room full of weirdos like you, and I don't need one more. Here's your schedule." She tossed a piece of paper at her. The girl grabbed it as she stood up.
"I can already tell I'm going to have trouble with you..." She muttered as she slowly walked out of the office.
Wow... not even an hour into my first day and the principal already hates me... Not paying attention, she started running to her locker, slamming into someone, falling flat on her butt.
"Okay this day has officially sucked..." Kelsey grunted, then looked up to see Kurt Hummel.
"Oh my god! I am so sorry! Are you okay?" He held his hand out to her to help her up. she gladly took it.
"No, sorry, it was my fault... I wasn't watching where I was going." She smiled at him, then froze; he was staring at her.
"So... uhh... do you know were the glee club meets...?" She glanced at her schedule, then back up to him. He grinned and grabbed her arm, dragging her along through the crowded hallway. They stopped at the door and he opened it to reveal New Directions, sitting and talking.
"Everyone listen this is…"
