Spoilers:
After Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End. Elizabeth and Will say their goodbyes as he leaves after their one day together (This would be the day that begins in the clip after the credits, where the kid is with her).
One-shot. It's short. Review.
Goodbyes
"Will you tell him bye for me?" Will asked, as he stepped into the ocean shores.
Elizabeth nodded, "Of course. He'll miss you. I will too, I wish you could stay."
"Maybe you could come with me. Maybe we could figure out a way to be together more."
"That would be great but, I'll wait even so."
"I love you Elizabeth," Will kissed her deeply, as they walked deeper into the water.
"Oh Will," Elizabeth whispered.
"Keep an eye on the horizons. Maybe get Will Jr. to help," Will smiled.
"He'd love that. He was so excited about today; I guess it wore him out."
"Good," Will nodded. The two gazed into each other's eyes for a moment, and then he sighed, "I must go."
"I'll be here," Elizabeth murmured.
"I'll try to find a way," Will said, climbing into the longboat.
Elizabeth watched until long after the boat had disappeared. He'd find a way. She knew he would.
