I am just hoping that this story of mine will be better than the rest of my ideas. So here goes...

Revenge was a consuming passion, Ayuzawa Misaki had recently acknowledged. That was not a quality appreciated in the vice president of a high ranking sophisticated company in New York City. Of course there would be the occasional,'Oh- you- think- your- product- crumpled- me- just- you- wait- and- watch" sort of a feeling, but that was required to become successful.

The type of revenge consuming her was dulling a quality she valued the most, common sense. That would explain why she had driven half way across New York to be stuck in these blasted Catskill Mountains. All the way in the north western part of New York.

All she could see around her was lush greenery, her right, left, straight and to her back. Even environmentalists would soon get bugged in this wretched place. The only exception was the three fourth of a mile long village (Catskill village they called themselves) where she hoped to refill her gas tank and get some food supplies. Surprisingly she could complete both of her tasks. From there she continued on her "she- hoped- fruitful" journey to "Ninth Heaven" as its inherited owner's ancestors had named it. Well she certainly was not in heaven searching for it, even though the very helpful person at the gas station thought differently.

"Its hard to miss it, with its two floors and these old fashioned sort of balconies jutting out every one metre on all four sides."

"Uh huh" she had replied.

"It also has, you know one of those slant rooftop. Rumour has it that it was built by one of those knuckle heads who had come searching for gold and Usui, that's the name of the ancestor of that chap in the house, had hit jackpot."

"Gold, huh?" she smiled. This should be fun.

"Last time i was there was during Halloween when i was nine or ten. The paint was peeling off those walls, heh, looked straight out off a ghost story..."

"Yeah...you still remember how the hell you got there?"

"Sure it ain't so far from here, about five miles uphill. Has THE MOST TERRIFC VIEW though, standing off the edge of a cliff...maybe I can take you there personally once I get off duty. You know you could wait in my room till then." He smirked and winked at her.

"Thank you soooooooo much, yeah how about in the very distant future PLAYBOY! The last thing I want in these mountains is a relationship!" she started her engine and started driving off.

"We mountain people make AWESOME LOVE!" he shouted over the roar of the engine.

She lifted her hand and gave him a thumbs down and drove off in her BMW Z9, the wind blowing in her hair. Four miles left in her journey she pulled a box and pulled out her black sunglasses, wore them and rode off until the village was seen no more.
