Batman vs. Mr. Freeze

Dean dodged the ice-cold blue hand reaching towards him, stepping backwards. Right into the slimy cave wall. Change of plans. He dropped, hoping the sudden shift in direction would let him escape.
No such luck.
The freeze-monster followed him down, grasping his shoulder. Slime turned to ice and he was glued to the wall, but Dean only felt the so-cold-it-was-hot pain radiating from his shoulder downwards. "S-S-S-S-S-S-Sam-m-m-m-m-m!"
Whoosh! The freeze-monster combusted, Sam lowering his flare-gun and racing to Dean's side.
"S-S-S-S-S-S-Sam-m-m-m-m-m!"
Sam dropped to his knees, extricating Dean from his frozen-stiff jacket, rubbing warmth into him. "It's over, you're safe."
A/N I was trying for something different from the obvious lost in a snowstorm drabble, hope you liked it. The title came from recently watching Bad Day at Black Rock, in an effort to remove myself from this season's rocky road;-)
