Malno'ok awakes, only to see everyone crowded around him, being the only High Elf around for miles he isn't surprised about the attention he's getting. He gets up and brushes himself off. "Is everyone okay?" he asks "I know it was a rough battle but at least we made it out alive"

"There were few casualties" Jarl Balgruuf replies "But my city is in your debt"

"It was nothing, but I would like some payment for my equipment to be repaired."
"Consider it done"

Malno'ok walks off, guard saluting him as he leaves. The hall was long and emotionless, there were 2 torch sconces at the end of the hall for light but that was it. The roof was leaking in water after the torrential rain, had started. Uthgerd was waiting for him by the exit. "Took your time!" she exclaimed "For all I knew you could have been jailed for using that spell!"

"I'm fine," he replied with a calming tone "The Jarl just wanted to thank me, we're getting some septims in return."
"Oh… really? How much?"
"A couple thousand, enough for repairs and a months food. I think we should start leaving now."
"I agree"

The pair walk towards their home in Whiterun, it is a small, two floor cottage. As they enter they hear a loud roar, "DOVAHKIIN!". "Oh no," Malno'ok says in a flurry of panic "The greybeards are in trouble!". Malno'ok rushes outside while Uthgerd follows.

"Where are they?" Uthgerd queries "Is there a quick way to get there?"
"Yes, but do you like dragons?"

"Why does that mat-"
"OH-DAH-VING" Malno'ok shouts as the screams stop. A huge red dragon swoops down, and grabs Uthgerd in its left claw and Malno'ok in its right.

A few hours passed and they arrived at High Hrothgar, the door was knocked down and there was blood everywhere. Malno'ok and Uthgerd enter only to find the body of Argneir laying there, lifeless.

"Who did this?!" Malno'ok screamed with agony "I will find whoever did this! And I will kill them!"
"Malno'ok!" Uthgerd exclaimed "Don't let your anger cloud your vision, lets look around to see if the killers left any clues. Look, theres a ripped cloth here, it looks, it can't be!"
"What is it Uthgerd?"
"We need to leave, NOW!" Uthgerd ran first but was too slow, she was knocked out by their leader, The Thalmor had found them.
