Alicia POV

I remember ruling the social scene. I was the alpha; queen. But now I'm a beta again. Having to live in the shadow of what I had.

I'll never forget Massie's vulnerability when I took her crown. When the PC members smiled at her downfall.

For a minute, I was leader. The one who called the shots. But then I found out my empire wasn't as solid as I thought.

Kristen, Dylan, and later Claire left when my lies came out. I was all alone. They couldn't believe what I'd become.

All of a sudden, they hated me. I wished I'd never overthrown Massie. Who would ever want to be alpha?

I commanded and led. I was the queen.

But that was when I ruled the world.
