Prompt #62 (Scenario) – You're a celebrity who just broke up and I tweeted you a selfie with the caption "date me" as a joke but you thought I was serious?
Lifting the phone you smiled with your lips upturned on your side. Your right hand next to your face with the peace sign. You look at the selfie and nodded with a smile and a blush. You capture it 'date me.' and you sent it via the twitter handle. You went back towards the work that you needed to get done the following day.
Standing to your feet after your back felt like it would break if you didn't give it a rest. You made your way into your kitchen to grab something to drink. You sigh deeply as you walked back to your desk and look down at the mostly finished work load. You pick up your phone and sighed as you needed a few more minutes away from your work. Unlocking your phone you take a sip of the water and then suddenly you choke.
"When? Where?" was the reply you got from your picture.
You placed the glass down on the coffee table as you sat down on your couch as you stare bugged eyed at your phone. "It was a joke." Your breath quickened.
"Yes I'll go out with you." quickly jumped out on the feed.
You don't even remember typing a response. You just stare at the 'Yes I'll go out with you."
"Joke or no Kevin. I want to go out with you." Finally made his eyes bug out even more than ever.
