I wish that I didn't kill plot, I have the cutest plot bunny in my mind... it includes kaoru's birthday and a portable (enough) camera. And kenshun and kenji taking lots of pictures and having them processed. Also another son named shinta and a daughter born near the end in which a surprise set of pictures are taken and processed. I was originally thinking who cares that the first consumer cameras didn't come out until 1900. But I was wrong and they came out in 1888... which is the right time. Kodak for the win.
