Author Note: Well, this little drabble came to me after reading a couple of Kingdom Hearts fics. It hints at some good ole yummie Valentwind and Cloud/Tifa.

Memories
Slowly, they were loosing their memories and, no matter how hard she tried, Yuffie could not make them come back.
Cid was forgetting the skies, forgetting the battles they fought together for the sake of the planet, forgetting the tears he shed as he was forced to leave his lover, Vincent.
Aerith... no, Aeris, the woman she knew as Aerith was dead, gone, forever floating the Lifestream of a planet that hopefully was not over come by the Heartless.
Cloud, he was a lost cause. So lost to the darkness he could neither remember, nor forget the past.
Tifa was still the same. She was the hard head, mother hen but, even her memories were fading and, no matter how hard she tried to hold on to them, they were fading like a dream.
No, they did not remember but, she did. She remembered stealing the materia, she remembered the laughing at Cid as he spit out his tea, remembering making the ever stoic Vincent smile, remembered Tifa and Cloud finally admitting their feelings, remembered the pain of loosing Aerith, she remember the tears, the pain, the laughs, yes, she remembered it all. She was Yuffie Kisaragi, princess of Wutai, the greatest ninja the world has ever seen and she be damned if she forgot that.
