Telsa Shimura made his way through the lantern lit streets surrounding the Kisaragi department store, noting the few passersby on the streets, mostly late night workers going to and from their jobs. Good. Tesla had been uneasy about making his rounds on the Kisaragi department store due to the Heroes that had been contracted to stop him, but he had reassured himself that the risk was minimal after researching their abilities, and so here he was, sending small charges of electricity through the doors, short circuiting the automatic locks, and forcing them open. During the daytime, the young man known as Tesla Shimura was an average worker at a nearby grocery store, extremely ordinary and untoward, but at night he was the Villain Tesla, an ambitious and capable villain, his body covered in a black suit that accentuated his fit form, blue currents of lightning circulating around his body like blue currents of sharks. His suit even incorporated a mustache of sorts, two bolts of blue electricity sparking in the form of a mustache. His hair was black, his eyes a blindingly bright blue. He sent electricity into the elevator, powering it up to take him to the fifth floor, prepared to wreak some good natured havoc. As the door opened, Tesla sprung aside as a crimson spear embedded itself in the back of the elevator, ducking behind a nearby counter as a gust of wind from Joe blasted the spot where Tesla had been only moments before. Joe continued to charge, blasting wind at Tesla. Tesla deftly dodged, blasting Joe's back with a surge of electricity. Gabe made a grab for Tesla, his reach increasing as he pumped out his blood, but Tesla blasted him with enough electricity to push Gabe away from him, and pushing himself back in the process. "Hold it right there." kalen's voice said, as Tesla whirled behind him to see Kalen, whom Wil had teleported into the room moments ago, his palm aimed at Tesla. "Give up. You're hopelessly outnumbered." Another voice said as Wil, as he teleported himself next to Gabe, the crimson cloth around his body pulsating victoriously.
"Numbers mean nothing." Tesla said, as he discharged a massive amount of electricity, blinding the four Heroes. Tesla ran to a window, and jumped out of it, using his quirk to lever himself safely to the ground. Tesla calmed the remaining electricity, and made his way back to the abandoned arcade where his Villain mafia waited for the perfect moment to shatter the scourge known as Heroes. He opened the door, and was greeted by his brother, Tenko Shimura "Brother. You're back early." Tenko said, as Tesla ruffled his hair and went behind the counter to get out of his Villain suit.
"I ran into some unexpected nuisances. Don't worry, I overloaded any electronics they could use to track me when I made my escape."
"Wow. Just like you big brother. Smart and Strong." Tenko said with a little bit more than a twinge of jealousy. Tesla's abilities and natural talent far outstripped Tenko's.
"I probably could have killed one of the Heroes if I didn't mind being caught, but I have people to lead, and the destruction of a lot more than just a few small fry Heroes to cause." Finally out of his Villain suit, Tesla smiled at Tenko, the only member of his crew that always stayed up until Tesla returned. The two made their way to the storage area in the back of the arcade, which now served as sleeping quarters for Tesla's group. "It's time to call it a night Tenko." Tesla said as he opened the door to the sight of a few empty mattresses and some snoring Villains.
"Night brother." Tenko said as he tiptoed over to his bed. Tesla gently closed the door, and lay on his mattress, to sleep the sleep of a victorious Villain.
