"Please Ron stop, I never meant for any of this to happen. I don't want to hurt you, stay away from me. This is not you..."
~1 Week earlier...~
Harry woke with a start and bolted upright in his bed and looked around. Hermione, who was in the bunk under him, was tossing around but was still clutching onto the book that she read 24/7, The Tales of Beedle the Bard. He looked at the empty bed opposite from him and Hermione and thought about the previous night's actions the ended with it just being the two of them. Ron had walked away from them into the night and they hadn't heard from him again.
Hermione woke up later and started to help pack up the tent and all her belongings." I think we should start moving, I think something was watching us." Hermione quietly whispered over to Harry as he ate his rabbit which he and Hermione were able to catch.
"Okay, we will start going as soon as we can then because it might have been a death eater" There had been a lot of wanted posters all over the town in which they had been going to get food, most with faces that they recognised like Snape but also many that they didn't. A few hours later, Harry and Hermione were on the move down the snow covered path leading to the village of Godrics Hallow, which all of the trees were snow white and had icicles hanging off their delicate branches. The first thing that Harry and Hermione saw was the crooked, dilapidated with a fence around it and the gate had a sign on it saying "The house of Lily and James Potter who sadly lost their life and Harry, who is the only person to ever survive the killing curse.". Hermione's arm tightened around Harry as they both read the sign, then started to head over to the graveyard.
They had walked through the stones and stopped at the one that said Lily Potter and James Potter and stood looking at them in a grim silence and didn't notice the old wrinkly face behind the tree come out. As they left a wreath of roses on their grave, the person from behind the tree followed them as they went down the path. When they thought they weren't being watched, Hermione screamed as something touched her shoulder and they both turned to find the old face of Bathilda Bagshot and sighed in relief at who it was as they had been expecting it to be someone a lot less friendlier.
"Dumbledore said you were going to be coming to see me. You have had a long journey and I have all the information that you need" She said to them as they walked down the path towards an old run down house.
They entered the house and sat down, she explained to them that Dumbledore knew he was dying and told her where the other horcruxes were and said to expect a visit from Harry. He and Hermione spent the rest of the afternoon talking and finding out all the information that Dumbledore had told Bathilda and then decided to go back and find a new place to camp for the night as they thought that it was best for them to stay in the village due to the threat of the death eaters. However, walking down the path back to the forest something shot past them in a blur of black and straight away they both knew what it was. Wands out at the ready they stood back-to-back when four death eaters stood around them pointing their wands at them.
"Give us the horcruxes now and we will leave you" one of them said to Harry
"We would apart from the fact that we don't have any" Harry replied. The shortest one started pointing his wand at Harry and looked at him. However there was something that they recognised about him and as soon as he started talking and turned, Harry and Hermione saw the piece of ginger hair and they knew, with a feeling of great dread, who it was.
