Norway drummed his fingers on the table, waiting for Sweden to come. He called him over to talk to him about an idea he thought of last night. He felt he should tell Sweden about it before the other Nordics because he was more grave than the others.

He heard the door creak. He looked up and sure enough, Sweden was there.

"Oh, Hej Swede, thanks for coming on such short notice. Please, have a seat."

Sweden sat down,"Why d'd you c'll me?"

"Well, I thought of an idea last night and I wanted to share it with you first."

Although Sweden was hard to read, Norway could tell he felt honored that Norway would go to him first.

"Alr'ght, c'nt'nue."

"Well, I think us two should form a region, since we're very similar." That was true. Norway and Sweden shared a lot of the same history and culture.

"C'n F'nl'nd jo'n?"

"I want it to just be the two of us because I was thinking we could call it Scandinavia, since the Scandinavian Mountains run between us."

Sweden nodded in agreement, "Ok'y, I gu'ss I'll form a r'gion w'th you."

Norway smiled, "Great! Now how do we te-"

"Norge!" Denmark busted through the door, and gave Norway a big hug.

"Hello, Norge!" He then glared at Sweden, "Oh, you're here." Denmark and Sweden didn't share a pleasant history with each other.

"So, Denmark," Norway said to break the ice, "Sweden and I have something to tell you."

Denmark looked at Norway with big puppy eyes,"Oooh, tell me, tell me!"

"Well, we're forming a region together!"

Denmark looked confused, "Huh?"

"A region is an area or division, especially part of a country or the world having definable characteristics but not always fixed boundaries." Norway explained.

Denmark still looked confused.

Norway rolled his eyes, "A club, Denmark. We're forming a club."

"A club! I wanna join! I wanna join! I wanna join! Norway, I wan-" Denmark babbled on.

Norway and Sweden exchanged glances.

"Alright, you can join." Norway said rather dissapointed. If he didn't let him join, Denmark would keep bugging him.

"Yay! Let's get drinks to celebrate!" Denmark hugged Norway, "Um...Norway...what did I just join?"

Okay, so here's an explanation:

Scandinavia consists Denmark, Norway and Sweden (I'm clarrifying this because I know people that think Finland and Iceland are Scandinavian, too). Now, the Scandinavian Mountains run through Norway and Sweden, not Denmark. So, I don't really know why Denmark is Scandinavian. I'm sure there is a logical explanation, but I like to think this happened (:
