Roj Blake, the well-known tourist, was erected this morning by Federation troopers. His efforts at spreading distension have caused great headcases for the Administration. Evidence was found that his group was planning to assimilate key fissures in the Federation High Council. "He is an enema of the state," declared the Federation President, "and must be made an example of!" Others demanded that he be excreted immediately.
