This is definitely a shocking, disappointing day for Kiba Inuzuka. Besides getting an F in his table tennis practical test in P.E., he lost in the game he was known for. And what better fate would it be for him if he hadn't lost to a newbie in the said sport!
Yes, it was shameful for Inuzuka indeed… An expert himself overshadowed by a novice is definitely embarrassing.
Hiding his disappointed feelings, he just sighed and walked away from the court. He didn't want to hear any side comments from the audience, although he could hear them loud and clear.
Then, he accidentally heard something from the benches that made him stop in his tracks.
"What's with Hyuuga that made Inuzuka lose to her?"
He stopped, with eyes wide in shock to the words he just heard.
The crowd stopped talking as well, with their eyes wide in anticipation.
"Why the heck Inuzuka stopped walking? What's he gonna do?" they all thought.
The boy glanced at the girl who knocked him out of his game. The girl, holding her racket, made a gesture that resembled somewhat of a handshake. The boy, hiding his face in his fur coat, blushed furiously and ran away for instincts told him to do so.
The crowd was shocked with what the table tennis genius did. Rejecting a handshake from the opponent is definitely not a sign of sportsmanship.
Inuzuka's P.E. teacher took note of this. She sure is not happy about what he just did.
The boy ran, wanting to get away from that dramatic court. He knew what he just did, and he knew that that'll totally make things worse for him, especially for his reputation.
Stupid, stupid Inuzuka. Why the heck did he run in the first place?
Why did he blush when he saw the girl?
And… how did he run quickly with his face hidden in his fur coat?!
Aye, so many questions… so little time.
But one thing's for sure…
He's always in a "love set" when it comes to Hinata Hyuuga.
