"Well Link I guess this is goodbye." Midna sighed.

After the defeat of Ganondorf the land of Hyrule was once again at peace. It was now time for Midna the Princess of Twilight to return to her world. It was going to be very difficult for Midna and Link to part ways because they had been through so much together during their quest. At the end of this adventure Midna had grown to love The Hero of Time. You can see through Link's blue orbs that they also showed love for the Twilight Princess. The one thing keeping shadow and light together was the mystical mirror of light.

"Link I must go." Midna sniffled.

"No Midna wait." Link yelled running up to her.

Link ran up to Midna grabbing her hand. There they both stood looking in each other's eyes for a moment.

"Link please I must leave."

"I love you." Link said.

"Link I..I." Midna stuttered.

Midna placed both of her hands on each side of the Hylian warriors face. A few stray tears fell as she stared into his beautiful blue orbs that showed love. Midna had to make the most difficult decision she ever had to make.

" I must destroy the mirror of light to prevent more evil incarnations from coming through."

Midna took a look at those blue orbs of his again.

"Link I will always love you."

Before Midna's stray tear shattered the mirror, she gave him a kiss as she was vanishing from this world. Link held her hand as it vanished till there was nothing more of The Twilight Princess. All that was left was a whisper he heard.

"Goodbye Link I will never forget you."

The Hylian warrior stood were he was with a smile, descending back to his home Ordon village with a warm heart.
