Sneak Peak
Fear... Fear is the "thing" that makes someone's or something's mind unable to do anything left in a state of shock and pure terror but the body still functions the normal way. Sarah Lyons a Palidin in the BrotherHood of Steel soon to be the future of the small faction is now expeiriencing the true feeling of fear, which involves bullets flying into the rocks next her sending chippings into her eyes and hair. The green masses that look like creatures from a science fiction movie wielding hunting rifles and boards with one long devilish nail protruding from its wood, trying to kill and eat the "Puny humans!" As what the they referred to the people of the Wasteland but what they didn't know was that they were once humans them self in a desolate destroyed world filled with nuclear radiation only to be looked apon as easy prey for the so called "American Army" or Enclave so they can be tested on with their very dangerous and hazardous FEW virus. Turning the people of the Wasteland into disgusting putrid creatures that even god himself could not take the honor of creating, but god was not a thing to believe anymore after what had happend to their once beautiful world now turned into a god forsaken unforgiving wasteland. But when reality dawned on Sarah her fear became worse than ever and when the infamous "Lone Wanderer" showed everything happend so fast that even after her savior had taken her to safety she still felt the fear of death.
Sarah Lyons POV:
The cold air blew against her hair causing chills to creep up her spine, she was trying to remember what happened and where she was and that's when it hit her like a Super Sledge. Leading small training squad, ambushed, squad killed and ripped apart, taken, somewhere in the Northern part of the wasteland. Her wrists and ankles burned from the rope that deeply dug into her skin, she tried to escape them but her attempt was futile and just ended up getting the ropes even tighter on her wrists she gritted her teeth in agony when she finally realized she was up against a rock taking heavy gun fire from the giant mutants, she still couldn't manage to get her wrist restraints off but her ankle ones did and she was able to run for cover. A waste lander came up with a 32. Rifle "Run!" The man mustered out before getting brain matter splattered all over the rock. The now dead waste lander fell to his knees and dropped his gun, and when a Super Mutant OverLord charged up she knew the gun was her only chance of survival, she quickly grabbed the rifle and shot freely and with just that small pice of lead entering his jugular which followed the mutant to scream and pure agony and pain and it gave her a small amount of time to sprint for a nearby cliff. The Overlord though did not fret for long as it literally took down eight trees with just one swing of the gigantic sledgehammer just because of its infinite rage, the creature finally caught up with Sarah and grabbed her then proceeded to throw her at a tree almost breaking her spine instantaneously. When the mutant finally grabbed her for the Finnish blow something unexplainable happened... What seemed like a spike from and old railway had impaled his head and it's head exploded into pieces of brain matter filled with some type of green goop. Her savior had been nonetheless than the feared Lone Wanderer, as he picked Sarah up and put her on his shoulder he noticed she was still in shock and had, Fear.
