A/N: I was thinking what if... what if Katherine had been Aiden's maker... if she had an obsessive interest in him as she had in the beginning for Stefan... The picture is what I came up with... the words suddenly followed without my much doing... lol.

Katherine smirked as she watched 'her little boy' struggle with his vampire side. Struggle to maintain his humanity.
It was rather entertaining to watch Aiden's childe trying to seduce him into drinking human blood again. He should have learned that as maker you had to be firm and resolute.
She chuckled again. He looked so heart broken as his childe declared herself a proud vampire... a proud blood thirsty monster.
Poor little boy. Soon she would succeed to get him back to her side. Succeed were his little girl failed.
They would be together again.
They'd be a family.
