I know it's hard, Jon, but please remember you have a daughter who needs you, a daughter you're going to see again. Sydney has lost her mother and she can't lose her father too. A/N: Janine is Jack's twin sister who I created a few years back when I wanted to RP an original character in the Alias universe. Since I love Jack I wanted someone who was related to him but not an established canon character like Sydney or Irina.
Janine died when Sydney was about two years old and this letter was written as though Janine could write her brother a letter from beyond the grave because of the hard time Jack is going through right at that moment.
