I sit here staring at the wall. I cant stop myself from crying. I knew he would reject me, but not for a minute i ever thought he would reject me for me. but what makes it worse is he rejected me without even looking, he just said it harshly and left.
flashback to the day he rejected me i wake up with total glee. todays the day. im gunna tell him. "Marinette! wait up girl!" Alya says as if she knows im gunna do it. she studies the look on my face as if on que, she screams " todays the day isnt it?!" i stand their akwardly blushing as we walk into the school. " LOOK! he's right their!!!!!!" she says pointing to Adrien.
riiiiinnnnnnnggggg! " well... ym.. theirs the bell gotta go!" mutter as it rings. as we get into the class room alya pulls nino into my seat and says " were trading seats today! Marinette can sit in ninos seat" sge has a smug look on her face the whole time.
" class settle down!" our teacher says while writing her name on the board. " you guys know what to do" she says causually. on que we all go to work until class ends. everybody has left except me, adrein, nino, and alya. "me and nino need to talk about something " alya says draging nino away.
" so ... Adrein... t-thier was something i w-w-wanted to say..." " sur what is it," he asked politely" "I like you!" i blurted out, my face going red. he stared at the wall in front of us,lost in thiught for a moment and coldly said " i dont like you back. there is only room in my heart for one person in the world! and you will NEVER come close to her! i will ONLY love lady bug no matter what you do!" i ran. i dont know why. i just ran. i looked back to see adrein still looking at tye wall. i ran home and called alya, balling my eyes out the whole time. she said it would be ok. she lied. she fot nino on the phone and he sincerely apologized for adreins actions, i just stood their crying. just crying.
