Prisoner

He came awake with a start, knowing within a second of opening his eyes that something was terribly wrong. He tugged at the restraints securing his arms to the bed frame; drew his knees just slightly toward his chest, stopping when he discovered his ankles trussed similarly.
Great. Four-point restraints.
His gaze darted around the darkish room, looking for something he might be able to use to get free. There was nothing.
A noise at the door caught his attention; he turned his head smiling in relief when his brother strode through the door. "Dean!"
A wicked look he'd never, ever seen before settled on Dean's face, stealing Sam's breath. "Dean?"
