A/N: I do not understand The Girl In The Fireplace whatsoever. Granted, it is a great story, but the Doctor's actions and emotions just seem very OCC. I mean, all the Doctor's interaction with Reinette was just him saving her, and then him spying on her...it just doesn't make sense how he would fall in love with her. I may have a prejudice because I'm a Doctor/Rose fan, but I still believe that the Doctor was out of character. So I decided to rewrite season two, but with Reinette, just for my own personal desires to explore her character and her relationships with the TARDIS crew. Fun!
