"Cursed Rain." Harry muttered as rain poured over the Quidditch pitch. "Alright everyone! Let's stop practice here. I could barely see a damn thing."
"Alright Harry!" Ginny called out.
"Wouldn't want any accidents." Harry said as everyone touched ground and he made his way to the wet grass.
When they went into the tents Harry had ordered them to get a good rest for tomorrow's game. They all exited the tents leaving Harry all alone.
Harry sat down on one of the benches, tired and damp, "I better go get dry before I catch a cold."
"Well, well, well...look what I found. A little rain too much for the great Chosen One to handle?" a voice sneered.
Harry turned and saw the blonde haired weasle known as, "Malfoy." he hissed. "What do you want?"
Draco held his hands up, "Nothing, just wondering how my favorite Gryffindor is..."
Harry scoffed, "Should you be at some Death Eater meeting or something." Silence reigned, catching Harry off guard, "Malfoy?"
Draco stalked over towards the green-eyed wizard and shoved him against the wall, "Don't say anthing about that...you hear me?" he growled.
"Or what? You'll get Voldemort on me?" Harry saw how Draco flinched at Voldemort's name.
He let go of Harry, "You have no idea what's going on...so don't act as though you do."
Harry saw sadness in his steel-gray eyes and felt a pang in his heart.
Draco was about to walk away when Harry grabbed his arm, twirled the blonde wizard around and place a heated kiss on his lips.
Draco, stunned, pushed him away, "What the hell Potter?!"
"I...I'm sorry...I didn't...I don't know what came over me." Harry stuttered. "I'm sorry."
Draco touched his lips, the heat from the kiss still lingering, a tiny smile etched onto his face, "It's ok... I kind of...liked it."
Harry cautiously walked forward, gripping Draco's hands, "Why are you in alliance with Voldemort? You could've asked Dumbledore for help."
Draco shook his head, "I couldn't have...it was during Summer. After fifth year that he recruited me. He had threatened to kill me, my mum, and my dad if I had objected to him. I had no choice. I was chosen for this task."
"What task?" Harry asked.
Draco looked down, ashamed, "I have to find a Vanishing Cabinet, fix it, and get the other Death Eaters into the castle. From there I had to..."
"Had to what Draco?" Harry urged him to continue.
Draco grasped Harry's soaked uniform tight, "I had to kill Dumbledore."
Harry was shocked, "He gave you an order to kill Dumbledore?"
Draco nodded, "I don't want to Harry. I'm scared. I-I don't want to do this anymore!"
"Sh. It's alright. I'm here." Harry patted his head. "Look at me Draco."
He looked up into Harry's emerald eyes, "You have to do what Voldemort tells you. Otherwise...he'll kill you and I don't think I can handle that. Dumbledore...I have the strangest feeling in my gut that he's expecting it."
"But Harry I..." he was silenced when Harry placed his lips on his in a gentle manner.
"When will this happen?" Harry asked.
"Tomorrow night." Harry pulled him into a hug.
"Look. I don't know where this relationship will take place in the future...to be honest I didn't know that I'd have such feelings for you. But, I do...and I don't care what anyone will say. I love you Draco. Whatever happens to us these next few months will not change that."
Draco tightened the hug, "And I love you Harry."
They pulled apart and kissed once more, "Come on...I've got to get cleaned up before I get a fever."
"Want me to help?" Draco smirked, jokingly.
Harry gave him a playful hit, "Pervert."
The two walked out of the Quidditch tents and into the castle, hand in hand.
