"Ehmagawd!" Massie Block was standing at the Starbucks kiosk at Octavian Country Day School. Her BFF's Dylan Marvil, Kristen Gregory, Alicia Rivera, and Claire Lyons were sitting at their usual lunch table, number 18. The official table of the Pretty Committee, "It has been exactly 20 minutes and my Chai Latté is still not in my hands! So not cool, Sage."
"S-sorry Massie, it'll be ready in one sec. The machine is sooo not cooperating. If you want, I'll give your drink to you for free today."
"Sure Sage, just make it quick. If it's not ready in the next minute, I'm going somewhere else." Massie was in a major rush. Lunch was almost over and she needed some time to chillax. School could be totally tiring sometimes, and she was really caught up in what she was going to buy that day after school.
"Here's your drink Massie, enjoy it!" Sage sounded so nervous, yet proud at the same time. Well she should be, I am the most popular girl at OCD and it would be an honour to serve moi! Massie giggled to herself. She went over to join her friends.
"Heyy, sorry it took me so long. Sage took way to long. I don't know if I'm going to bother going there anymore. I just need to sit down and relax." Massie took a long sip of her drink, Ahhh, nice and refreshing. I totally needed this. I would have died!!! "So, does anyone have anything new they overheard today, preferably things for gossip points?" It was almost 100% that someone would have heared something. Secrets didn't stay secrets very long at OCD.
"Well, I heard that Strawberry slipped in the cafeteria before school and her pop spilled all over her shirt. EWWWWW. It's not much, but it's something." Kristen said, finishing off her cream cheese bagel.
"OMG, that is disgusting, and so unlady like." Dylan commented.
"Given." Alicia should know. She was the schools ladiest girl, and she took pride in that. Having perfect posture and taking your time when walking meant everything. Rushing had no importance, unless it was of dierneed. Other than that, Alicia seemed to annoy everyone on how it took her so much time to get from one class to another. She was always late, and teachers always thought of her perfectly true reasons to be plain old, stupid excuses.
